360 Days of Gratitude (Day 38) The “M” in SMART

I deserve the best

Measuring what matters

I am One with Life and I Treasure the NOW

Being a success everyday requires knowing this each and everyday. It is a measure of success.

M- Make everything measurable. It’s all about being in control! To be a success you must stay in reality of what matters to you. Stay One With Life! Stay in the moment and treasure the NOW. Stay awake and all you steps on your path will be to your true success.

Making things measurable is all about being in control. It is all about steering your own ship. If your day runs out of control so does your vision. To be a success you must first see yourself as a success. (Meditation & Visualization) You must do this every day.

This requires knowing what the situation requires and measuring what it will take to get there every day. Take your big goal and break it down to many little goals. You are in control when you know what’s coming in and out.

You are in control when you stick with your reality. You are in control when you don’t get carried away in dreams that don’t suit you. I’m not telling you not to dream…in fact some of the wildest dreams can be your reality if you have a plan and take control of them.

Don’t open yourself up to people who can’t see your vision.

“You don’t open up your belly to show everyone your baby? You protect your baby and keep it safe.” Keep your vision as safe as you would your unborn baby! ~Iyanla VanZant

Allow it space and room in a positive space to grow! Remember you are in control of this! Don’t allow shifting moods and anxiety control you. Stay POSITIVE!!! You receive what you reflect back to the Universe.

What is the measure of success?

  • You measure the time it takes to do the task
  • You take stock of your physical and mental energy
  • You record your progress, you acknowledge your inner growth and recognize the transformation
  • You spend your time and energy according to a plan and don’t leave things wide open
  • You measure your progress on a regular basis
  • You trim away the things that are no longer serving you.
  • You have inner measures that tell you if you are in a good or bad place
  • You trust yourself and your instincts
  • No one can do everything, so be happy on what you can do today

What did you do toward accomplishing your goal today?

The time you spent was it satisfying or not? How can you tell someone and take stock on what you achieved today. Taking stock of your success is one of the most popular ways the successful achieve their goals. Taking stock on a regular basis is one of the strongest traits of successful people.

They make sure that they don’t get lost in fantasy and allow time to get away from them. Being a visionary requires a map to get to the goal. The map shifts everyday while being in control of the unfolding progress. But by measuring your progress you stay in control.

I control my life by knowing what counts.

The worksheet that I am offering at no cost will guide you on what you need to do to allow you to measure your progress. Be specific and use this sheet on one goal at a time. Break it down to small steps so you can measure your progress. There’s nothing better than to check something off your list!!! If you don’t have the worksheet then just request a copy!
